PURPOSE: An assembling apparatus of a side flap door for a bus is provided to improve working efficiency, and to keep gap between a side panel and the flap door by moving the side flap door to the installation position with a horizontal moving cylinder and a tilting cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A side flap door assembling device of a bus is composed of a support bar(10) supported by plural casters(14,16); vertical frames(2,4) fixed vertically in the support bar with a support rod(6); a horizontal frame(80) connecting vertical frames; a center column(86) arranged vertically in the middle of the horizontal frame with an extended bracket(82); a tilting cylinder(30) turned around a pin(84), and installed in the end of the extended bracket; a tilting plate(20) combined with a rod(32) of the tilting cylinder, and turned around a hinge; a transfer plate(26) sliding on the tilting plate; a transfer cylinder(40) installed in the tilting plate to move the transfer plate longitudinally by a rod; and settling members(28,48) mounted in the corner of the transfer plate to support the flap door. Working efficiency is improved with moving the side flap door by two cylinders in assembling.
