PURPOSE: An anchor assembly structure is provided to enhance the durability of seat belts and the safety of luggage and passengers by modifying the structure of an anchor assembly fastening a lower end of the seat belt to a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: An anchor assembly structure comprises a cover(200), a bracket and a shock absorbing member(400), and an anchor(300). The cover(200) is made with resilient materials. The cover(200) includes a plurality of fixing ends(210) which extend downward and are opposed to each other. The bracket(200) has a flat plate shaped bottom face, a first vertical end(120), and a plurality of second vertical ends integrally therewith. The bottom face is situated below the cover(200) and is provided with an anchor fastener. The first end(120) is perpendicularly formed by bending at one end of the bottom face and provided with a belt connecting portion(110). The vertical end has a cover fastener(140) which is perpendicularly formed by bending at both ends of the other side of the bottom face and into which the fixing end(210) is insertable. The shock absorbing member(400) is placed below the bracket and has a hole(410) in the form of the bottom face of the bracket formed therein. The anchor(300) is fastened through both the anchor fastener and a floor panel(500).
