PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing the accurate measurement of the stress or temperature of a rotation body using a resistance element and relaxing space restrictions. SOLUTION: One end of the resistance element 4 mounted on the rotation body 3 is grounded to the ground earth, while the other end is connected in series to electrodes 5, 11 and a variable inductance 16, and a surrounding shielding member 10 between the electrode 11 and the variable inductance 16 is connected to a shield driving circuit 19 different from earthing, to provide a shielding function. At least one of inductance, electrostatic capacity and oscillation frequency is variably controlled to make the phase angle of impedance always constant, and a reference signal is added to a detected current signal to detect the resistance change of the resistance element 4. |
