PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly drop and supply photosensitive materials to a conveyance beginning end side of a second conveyance mechanism. SOLUTION: This photographic processing device is provided with a pair of upper and lower grasping rollers 23 and 24 which receive the photosensitive materials 50 subjected to drying processing from a first conveyance mechanism 16 disposed at a drying section 10 and discharge the materials on a photosensitive material discharge section 35, is provided with a second conveyance mechanism 18 which is dropped and supplied with the photosensitive materials 50 from a pair of the upper and lower grasping rollers 23 and 24 and conveys the photosensitive materials to a direction intersecting with the conveyance direction on the conveyance beginning end side of the first conveyance mechanism 16 in plan view to the photosensitive material receiving section 19 and is provided with a photosensitive material extruding mechanism 37 which extrudes the rear ends of the photosensitive materials 50 from a pair of the grasping rollers 23 and 24.
