PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging material which releases a volatile chemical agent at a constant rate and also holds a prescribed peel strength irrespective of the residual amount of the volatile chemical agent, and a bag body using the same. SOLUTION: The packaging material is constituted of three layers at least and at least one of intermediate layers thereof is a kneaded matter of the volatile chemical agent and a resin for kneading. The peel strength is made 1 N/25 mm at least irrespective of the presence or absence of the volatile chemical agent.
