PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize formation of mixed gas in a cylinder 2 in a cylinder fuel injection type internal combustion engine comprising a fuel injection valve 10 having two slit-shaped injection holes 11 and 12 at a tip part 10a in a cylinder head 3 at a top part of the cylinder 2 installed in such a way that the tip part 10a faces the inside of the cylinder 2. SOLUTION: The slit-shaped injection holes 11 and 12 in the fuel injection valve 10 are formed crossingly each other.
