PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine existence of a minute cancer in a certain site in a body and to find not only an early cancer in a specific organ but that in any site for identifying a high risk group by analyzing an ALP isozyme pattern and totally evaluating it. SOLUTION: Protein in blood serum is isolated by fractioning carried out after electrophoresis and colored with a ALP isozyme stain solution for detecting the ALP isozyme, and a risk of the cancer is evaluated. When cancer cell multiplication activity is totally analyzed from examination of appearance of ALP1 in patterns of ALP isozymes ALP1-ALP4, its ratio, and an activity value ratio between the ALP2 and ALP3 and a change in an ALP isozyme angle (AP-A) representing steepness of the ALP2 and ALP3, existence of the generated minute cancer and its multiplication state are evaluated.
