SOLUTION: A main valve 7 is constituted of a plural number of layered ring leaf valves 71, 72, 73 on a damping valve structure, it is constituted by forming a choke passage on a plural number of these laminated ring leaf valves 71, 72, 73, a ring seat 82 is constituted by having one or a plural number of cutout parts intermittently formed in the peripheral direction and to allow sagging of a ring leaf valve 81 on a back surface valve 8, and a plural number of the cutout parts are constituted by differing length in the peripheral direction.
