PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably position a hooking body assembled turnably on a shaft-like body at a unturned position until a screw is put into the shaft-like body. SOLUTION: This fastener is provided with the hooking body 2 assembled turnably from the non-turn position BE where both end parts 20 are positioned on an axial line (x) of the shaft-like body 1, respectively, on the shaft-like body 1. The shaft-like body 1 is provided with a pair of side plate parts 13 storing the hooking body 2 therebetween, and the side plate part 13 has a groove part 14 extending along the axial line (x). The hooking body 2 is provided with a shaft part 21 stored in the groove part 14, a screw hole 24 capable of screwing a screw S in at a turn position AF, and a guide face 25 inclined in the direction in which the hooking body 2 is turned to the turn position AF by a tip Sb of the screw S butted in accordance with the putting-in operation of the screw S. The hooking body 2 has a protruding part 27 entering a side of the shaft part 21 so as to be elastically hooked in the groove part 14 to temporarily fix the hooking body 2 at the non-turn position BE.
