PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-waist girdle capable of neatly showing the body line from the vicinity of underbust to the femoral region, comfortable to wear even if worn for a long time without pressing the groin, causing no slipping down by fitting exactly to the body. SOLUTION: This high-waist girdle extending to the vicinity of underbust is so designed that a stretch belt 2 is provided on the upper opening of a waist cloth 3 and the front face of the front section of the waist cloth 3 is provided with an approximately transversely elongated hexagonal pad 7 of knitted fabric lower in stretchability than the waist cloth 3 and thicker than the cloth 3.
