METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN REINFORCED WOODY DECORATIVE LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a resin reinforced woody decorative laminate wherein diffusion especially into a room of a styrene monomer can be lightened. SOLUTION: After impregnating woody veneer 1 with a vinyl polymerizable resin liquid containing an unsaturated polyester and/or a vinyl ester, styrene, and (meth)acrylate having only one (meth)acryloyl group per molecule, the wood veneer 1 is heated so that its inside highest achievable temperature becomes within a range of 100 deg.C to 200 deg.C, and the impregnated polymerizable resin liquid is hardened to obtain resin-reinforced veneer 2 wherein unreacted residual styrene is made low-contained. The resin reinforced veneer 2 is bonded to a bedplate 3 with an adhesive. After applying sanding treatment to a surface of the resin reinforced veneer 2, a transparent resin coating under a condition of not containing the styrene is applied thereto.
