PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce various woody panels by a method wherein a lightly secured semi-hardened woody panel is previously manufactured by temporarily pressing a woody element such as a wood thin piece and the like in order to secure diversification of products of the woody panel, flexibility of production control and the like, and it is actually pressed as occasion demands. SOLUTION: As a binder for securing the woody element that comprising crude MDI, (phenol resin), and chloroprene rubber emulsion is used, and the woody element is allowed to adhere with the chloroprene rubber by temporarily pressing to prepare a semi-hardened woody panel beforehand. Then the crude MDI and the phenol resin are cured by principally pressing to harden the phenol resin, and the woody element is solidly secured to obtain the woody panel.
