摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a substrate area from increasing without escalating costs caused by using an expensive manufacturing apparatus, complicating a manufacturing process, a yield decrease by an electrode disconnection, etc. SOLUTION: In an ink jet head 1, a conductive resin 10 containing an Ag conductive filler is filled in a rear face 21 of each of a plurality of slit-like ink chamber 26 formed to an actuator (substrate) 20 comprising a PZT piezoelectric element. The conductive resin 10 is exposed to the rear face side of the ink chambers 26. Each ink chamber 26 formed between a pair of diaphragms 29 has a constant sectional shape over the whole length in a longitudinal direction of an ink discharge direction. In a state while being electrically connected with each other via the conductive resin 10, electrodes 27 and 28 opposite to each other in each ink chamber 26 are connected to an outer lead 42 of an IC for driving. Only an active region of the ink chamber 26 is formed to the actuator 20, thus eliminating the need of forming a region for electrode lead connecting the electrodes 27, 28 and the IC 40 for driving with each other.
