PURPOSE: A mounting structure of an instrument panel assembly is provided to directly mount an integrally assembled instrument panel assembly to a vehicle body and to control vibration in operating of steering. CONSTITUTION: In a mounting structure of an integrally assembled instrument panel assembly(10) of an instrument panel and a cowl cross member, both ends of the instrument panel assembly are installed to the inner panel(110) of the front pillar. The inner panel of the front pillar is coupled with the outer panel(120) of the front pillar by plural coupling bolts(200) penetrating a door latch portion(125). The ends of the instrument panel assembly are directly mounted to the vehicle body, and therefore rigidity is improved and vibration is controlled. In addition, the length of the process can be reduced.
