PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a luggage net of a vehicle is provided to dispose the luggage net horizontally or vertically for the convenience of maintenance and hold articles in various shape. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a luggage net of a vehicle includes a luggage net(20) provided with hooks(21) at four edge portions, hooks(100) mounted at right and left in parallel on a body panel(30) at a side of a luggage room(10), a guider(200) screw-coupled with a body panel of the other side facing the hooks for applying winding force in one direction, a wire(300) wound on an inner surface of the guide by a predetermined number of times and applied with the winding force of a spring, a hook(400) coupled with the wire to be protruded outside the guider to be alternatively held by the hook of the body panel and having a holding groove(410) to hold one of the hook of the luggage net, and a boss(500) integrally provided to an outer surface of the guider and formed with a holding groove on an outer surface for alternatively holding the other side hook of the luggage net.
