PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the defects of conventional systems, such as far installing a heater for preventing the cold draft or cold radiation in winter in the perimeter of a lobby, an office, or the like, the problems in the point of space or running cost, that in the case of full-face glass, it is undesirable from the viewpoint of fine view because the lower part of the special full-face glass is blocked with a radiator and the rear of the apparatus is seen from outside, in a system where an ordinary metallic radiator is installed exposed at the window as a low-cost system, and that it is terrible in the aspect of space and cost and also the effect may decrease because the position of the heater is a little apart from the wall face in a system, where a heater is installed in a pit constituted in a floor. SOLUTION: This is a heating system for perimeter which is constituted, such that a plate-shaped heating element 5 is installed a proper distance apart in parallel with a wall face 3 and openings 10 and 11 are provided below and above the plate-shaped heating element, and that a thermoelectric cable 8 and a latent heat accumulating section 9 are arranged between plates 6 and 7. This is properly applicable to the full-face glass by making the plate-shaped heating element transparent. |
