PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique capable of obtaining an excellent product wherein appearance of an air bubble does not occur, and dimensions are not fluctuated by suppressing generation of the air bubble when a concrete product such as a concrete pipe conduit is manufactured. SOLUTION: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a concrete product are provided wherein after casting concrete raw material into a form inclined by 45 deg. to 75 deg. to a horizontal direction while vibration is added, the form is arranged horizontally, and curing and hardening are carried out. The manufacturing apparatus has a form pallet to which the form equipped with a cast opening of the concrete raw material is fixed, and a slanting stand for supporting the form pallet. The slanting stand is supported with a rotary shaft, and connected to an oil hydraulic cylinder which is freely expandable horizontally above or below the rotary shaft. When the oil hydraulic cylinder is expanded on shrinked horizontally, it pivots around the horizontally rotating shaft and the form can be inclined. |
