PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display rests by an adequate display system complying with the established rule on musical notation. SOLUTION: If the currently set or stored time is, for example, three-four time or four-four time and the rest corresponding to the detected time interval or the stored rest is, for example, a minimum rest, the rest is displayed on the musical notation in a display element by using this minimum rest not as a simple rest but as two crotchet rests. As a result, the display of the rests is carried out by the adequate musical notation system complying with the established rule on the musical notation. |
