VAPOR PHASE HYDROGEN REDUCTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor phase hydrogen reduction system requiring no surplus hydrogen. SOLUTION: This system comprises a solid evaporator 11 and an evaporating heater 12 combinedly used as a hard-to-decompose organic compound evaporator for heating the compound and evaporating the compound to form a mixed gas by mixing with hydrogen and steam, a reactor 14 for dechlorination reaction by heating the mixture gas to >=85 deg.C, a scrubber 16 for quickly cooling the generated gas from the reactor 14 and neutralizing and removing hydrogen chloride in the generated gas with sodium hydroxide, and a generated gas storage tank 20 for storing the compressed generated gas, and also has a recovering device 15 for recovering hydrogen from the generated gas stored in the generated gas storage tank 20 and supplying the hydrogen to the solid evaporator 11 and the evaporating heater 12 combinedly used as the hard-to-decompose organic compound evaporator.
