PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor drum unit or the like that can reduce the rotation irregularity of the photoreceptor drum and can perform stable rotary drive. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor drum unit is provided with a cylinder 49 which has a photosensitive layer, a pin 52 both ends of which protrude in the radial direction of the rotation axis 50, and flange members 31 and 34 the respective outer peripheries 31 and 35 of which fit the ends of the cylinder 49. Since the inner peripheries 33 and 36 of the respective flange members fit the rotation axis 50 which penetrates the center of the cylinder 49, the flanges and cylinder rotate integrally. The flange member 34 has a fitting groove 61 which fits the pin 52. The fitting groove 61 has point symmetry with respect to the center of the rotation of the rotation axis 50. The center of the fitting groove 61 is made biased in the direction opposite to the rotating direction with respect to the axial center of the pin 52. A protrusion 62 which abuts the pin 52 on the one side wall surface of the fitting groove 61 is provided on the other side wall surface of the fitting groove 61.
