PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car interior finish material which can reduce the total weight of a car by reducing the weight of the material itself and can improve the touch of a skin material-fitted part, and to provide a method for molding the material. SOLUTION: In a door panel 10 for a car, a skin material 12 is fitted to a part of a base material 2 of a polypropylene resin containing glass fibers. The specific gravity of a part without the skin material 12 is 0.4-0.6, and the specific gravity of a part fitted with the skin material 12 is 0.5-0.9. The base material 2 is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin composition which meets prescribed conditions and 15-25 pts.wt. of an ethylene-butene copolymer elastomer. In this way, the door panel has good impact resistance and high strength, can obtain a spring back phenomenon, and contributes to the reduction of car weight. |
