PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like medium treating device capable of sorting the sheet-like medium with the small driving power regardless of loading quantity on a loading means and of accurately aligning the sheet-like medium. SOLUTION: This sheet-like medium treating device is provided with a pair of aligning members 102a and 102b having both of an aligning function for aligning the sheet-like medium delivered from delivery means 31 and loaded on a loading means 12 at the only fixed position and a sorting function for aligning the sheet-like medium per each unit at a different position in a direction crossing the delivery direction (a direction vertical to a paper surface crossing (a)).
