PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which can form a coating film excellent in resistance to scratch due to thick coating, excellent in low- temperature processibility, and is free from the generation of thermal cracks in molded sections. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 20-90 pts.wt. hydroxyl-containing polyester resin having a number average mol.wt. of 1,000-10,000, a glass transition point of -40 deg.C to 50 deg.C, and a hydroxyl value of 5-100 mgKOH/g, (B) 3-50 pts.wt. blocked polyisocyanate compound, (C) 2-30 pts.wt. epoxy resin having a number average mol.wt. of 2,000 or higher, and (D) 3-30 pts.wt. hydroxyl- containing crystalline resin having a number average mol.wt. of 500-10,000, the equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups of ingredient B to the sum of hydroxyl groups of ingredients A and D being in the range of 0.8-1.2. |
