METHOD FOR WARPING WARP YARN FOR PATTERN, AND PARTIAL WARPER FOR PATTERN WARP YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which warp yarns for a pattern are rewound without difficulty even when the warp yarns have long lengths and the warp yarns for the pattern can be produced at a high warping speed. SOLUTION: Many kinds of yarns (12) are pulled out by rotary yarn guides (13) from rotary creels synchronously rotating with the yarn guides (13), and fed to conveying belts (2) arranged on the periphery surface of a warping drum held with torsional rigidity, and traveling in the parallel direction of its axis line to remove temporally unnecessary yarns from the warping process in the method for producing the warp yarns for the pattern. The number and/or arrangement of acting yarns per revolution of the yarn guides is at least partially different. The acting yarns are formed into warp belts (25-29) having each same yarn density during rotation of the rotary numbers depending on the warp lengths. The warp belts have the same yarn density regardless of the numbers of the yarns. Each warp belt (25-29) is wound at the periphery of the warping drum so as to be continued to the preceding warp belt and so as to form a conical shape.
