PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sequentially feeding device and an installation construction method capable of reducing working labor and material/construction cost. SOLUTION: Plural outer wall members 2 are set and stored in a slide storage rack 11. A drive truck 12 is set on a travel rail 5 disposed in a high place. The slide storage rack 11 is lifted up by a crane and is firmly and safely connected to the drive truck 12 on standby on the travel rail 5. The drive truck 12 is traveled and moved to one side of a frontage, and the first outer wall member 2a is taken out from the slide storage rack 11 to the outside of the rack 11 and is fixed to furring strips 4 of a framework 1 by clip metal fittings. Thereafter, the slide storage rack 11 is slid by a width of one piece of the outer wall member 2, and the second outer wall member 2b is taken out to the outside of the rack 11, is laterally joined to the first outer wall member 2a and is fixed to the furring strips 4 in the same process. Thereafter, the similar procedure is repeated.
