PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability during the operation of feeding oil to a fuel tank. SOLUTION: A hose storage cylinder 31 for storing a fuel suction hose 30 being extended is provided on the right side face portion 23E4 of a right side frame 23E which constitutes a turning frame 23, and an operating switch 34 for an oil feed pump 28 is provided near the hose storage cylinder 31. Thus, the need for the operation of disentangling the hose 30 taken out of the storage cylinder 31 during oil feeding operation and the operation of storing the hose 30 being wound after the oil feeding operation can be eliminated and workability for the oil feeding operation can be enhanced. The operation of moving the hose 30 into and out of the storage cylinder 31, the operation of moving the hose 30 into and out of a drum can 18 storing fuel, and the operation of the operating switch 34 for the pump 28 can be carried out at one position.
