PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revetment structure for a river with fish nests and a construction method of the revetment structure for the river with the fish nests, allowing the positive formation of specified cavity parts by forming the cavity parts serving as the fish nests among stacked stones, filling the cavity parts with casting sand used for casting, washing away the filled casting sand by a pump or the like after back-filling concrete is hardened, to easily form a large number of cavity parts for the fish nests and fish passages among the stacked stones, and collecting the washed-away casting sand in a container or the like so as to be recycled for the formation of cavity parts or the like. SOLUTION: The cavity parts serving as the fish nests are formed among the stacked stones of trancated pyramid shaped stones formed of natural stones when performing masonry work of the revetment of the river. The cavity parts are filled with the casting sand used for casting, and after the back-filling concrete is hardened, the casting sand filled in the cavity parts is washed away by the pump or the like to form the cavity parts serving as the fish nests communicating with one another in four directions among the stacked stones.
