PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically vibrate a mud cover if there is mud stuck on the mud cover. SOLUTION: A truck frame 8 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 27 and a cover support plate 22 is integrally attached to the hydraulic cylinder 27. The mud cover 25 is provided on the cover support plate 22 via a suspension spring 24 which is elastic support. Further, a detecting switch 34 consisting of a fixed contact 34A and a movable contact 34B is provided between the support plate 22 and the mud cover 25. Thus, if there is mud 26 stuck on the mud cover 25, the suspension spring 24 contracts to displace the mud cover 25 toward the support plate 22. Then the switch 34 is closed so that the mud cover 25, integrated with the hydraulic cylinder 27, is vibrated in response to a detection signal from the switch 34.
