PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp cleaner capable of suppressing resistance caused by air in a cylinder with the movement of a expansion nozzle without enlarging the cylinder, and preventing the entry of dust into the cylinder. SOLUTION: In this head lamp cleaner 10, the opening portion 16 of a cylinder 23 in which the piston portion 38 of the expansion nozzle 36 is slidably disposed is covered with a nozzle guide 50. A communicating hole 68 is prided on an engaging claw 66 for holding the nozzle guide 50 to the cylinder 12, and communicates the inside and outside of the cylinder 12 between the nozzle guide 50 and the piston portion 38. Therefore, with the sliding of the piston portion 38, the resistance caused by air in the cylinder 12 actin on the piston portion 38 is suppressed, and the cylinder 12 is not enlarged because a communicating hole installing portion is not required.
