PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational toilet vehicle technology provided with a toilet mechanism easily used by a toilet user. SOLUTION: In this toilet vehicle 1, a toilet chamber 13 inside the vehicle is provided with a simplified toilet 20 and a lift device 30. The lift device 30 can move the simplified toilet 20 (the toilet mechanism) between a using position inside the vehicle and a getting-in position outside the vehicle. The simplified toilet 20 is formed of a toilet seat 24 for the toilet user, a stool 21 for supporting the toilet seat 24, a toilet seat cover 25 for covering the toilet seat 24, and a winding device 26 for winding the toilet seat cover 25. The simplified toilet 20 can be used as a seat by using the top surface of the toilet seat cover 2 as a seat part.
