System for medical diagnostics and treatment has a number of treatment and diagnostic devices especially for surgical, radiotherapy or radio-surgical operations. The devices are linked together using radio interfaces to enable data exchange. Radio transmission is low energy, of the order of 1mW, short distance and high frequency.
