PURPOSE: A window clamp for a wire bonding apparatus is provided to more stably fixing the inner lead of a lead frame in a wire bonding process, by making a body part less changed by the pressure of a flange part than an elastic deformation part. CONSTITUTION: A work space(130) for a wire bonding process is formed in the center of the body part(131). A protrusion part(140) is formed in the edge of the work space, protruding from the bottom surface of the work surface by a predetermined height. The flange part(133) is formed at both ends of the body part. The elastic deformation part(132) is formed between the body part and the flange part. The elastic deformation part is more changed than the body part when the flange part is pressured. |
