PURPOSE: Provided is a polyester resin composition serving both as a finish paint and a primer, which is excellent in corrosion-resistance, adhesive ability, flexibility, hardness, gloss, and weather-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polyester resin composition contains 5-50pts.wt.(based on polyfunctional acids of 100pts.wt.) of adipic acid, 5-60pts.wt.(based on polyhydric alcohol of 100pts.wt.) of bisphenol A(formula 1) or bisphenol A-based ethylene(or propylene)(formula 2), and 3-40pts.wt.(based on the polyhydric alcohol of 100pts.wt.) of a compound(formula 3). In the formula 2, R is C2-C3 alkylene and a and b are each 1 or 2. In the formula 3, R is C4-C6 alkylene and n is an integer of more than 1.
