PURPOSE: An apparatus for circulating a brine of a free piston stirling cooler is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and power consumption by smoothly circulating the brine without using an additional circulation pump to the heat absorption pipe and radiation pipe. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a heat absorbing pipe(211) formed into a closed circuit shape accommodating the heat absorbing part of the stirling cooler, and filled with a brine; a radiation pipe(221) formed into a closed circuit shape accommodating the heat generating part of the stirling cooler, and filled with a brine; and a pumping unit coupled to the mass of a dynamic vibration reducer(180) and inserted into the heat absorbing pipe and the radiation pipe, wherein the pumping unit performs a piston movement within the heat absorbing pipe and the radiation pipe, pumps the brine from the heat absorbing pipe and the radiation pipe and circulates the brine. The pumping unit includes pumping pistons coupled to the mass of the dynamic vibration reducer; and pumping valves fixed to the pumping pistons and which suck and discharge the brine during reciprocation of the pumping pistons.
