PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a ceiling which has moisture resistance and heat resistance, as well as low shrinkage, and which is light and uses a material which does not emit a harmful gas at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) mixing 27.5059 wt% of aluminum hydroxide(Al(OH)3), 17.7457 wt% of calcium carbonate(CaCO3), 2.1294 wt% of zinc stearate(Zn-ST), 3.5491 wt% of polyethylene , 17.7457 wt% of unsaturated polyether resin, 7.8081 wt% of low profile agent, 0.0026 wt% of p-benzoquinone, 0.2661 wt% of peroxy benzoate, 0.3549 wt% of triphenylphosphate, 1.4196 wt% of imidazole, 2.1294 wt% of colorant, 0.1774 wt% of coupling agent for preventing a volumetric increasing and a layered structure, 18.6330 wt% of glass fiber for increasing a rigidity, to form a mixture, and then (ii) molding the mixture at pressure of 140-20 kgf/cm2 for 35±5 seconds, wherein the materials are powder or liquid.
