PURPOSE: A high quality sound and video system is provided, which outputs a high quality sound and image at a situation where a screen is provided and a listener sits on a chair. CONSTITUTION: A front speaker(310) is placed at the front of a listener, and the high quality sound distortion compensating part(120) compensates for sound distortion between the front speaker and the listener. A pair of rear speakers(320) are installed at both sides of a support of a chair for a listener. The second tone distortion compensating part(140) compensates for sound distortion caused between the rear speakers and a speaker characteristic. A lateral sound reinforcing part(150) processes an output signal of the second tone distortion compensating part and reinforces a lateral sound of the rear speakers.
