PURPOSE: An apparatus for receiving vehicle information using a cellular phone is provided to repair and improve a control device of a vehicle or use map data adopting real situation is applied in a navigation system by receiving vehicle information transmitted from vehicle company or each information providing company through the cellular phone and applying received vehicle information to the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(21) outputs information inputted through a cellular phone(1). A user display unit(22) displays received information to a user. A receiving information applying unit(23) controls each control unit so that received information is applied in each control unit of a vehicle. A receiving control unit(24) outputs information inputted through the interface(21) to the receiving information applying unit(23), and informs information to the user through the user display unit(22).
