PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the decomposition and conversion of a solvent to be adsorbed/recovered in a solution film-making method. SOLUTION: Dope in which cellulose triacetate, etc., are dissolved is cast from a casting die 23 on a casting band 22. On the band 22, the dope is dried into a film 24. Gas generated in the process is condensed by a condenser 31 to be recovered as a solvent 32. Gas is generated from the film 24 when it is dried in a drying zone 12. The gas, after being adsorbed by adsorption layers 43, 44, and 45, is used for nitrogen gas 46 heated at 100 deg.C to desorb an adsorbed substance, which is condensed/liquefied by a condenser 47 to be recovered as a solvent 48. Since the nitrogen gas 46 is used when the solvent 48 is desorbed from the adsorption layer 43, 44, and 45, the solvent 48 is not decomposed/ converted and can be used again. |
