<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely determine from a remoteness whether or not a liquid forced- feed device is normally operated. SOLUTION: Liquid forced-feed normality or abnormality detection means 25 and 26 are respectively attached to the liquid forced-feed devices 23 and 24. The liquid forced-feed normality or abnormality detection means 25, 26 and a remote monitoring device 27 are arranged to be capable of two-way communication. Operations of the liquid forced-feed devices 23 and 24 are detected by the liquid forced-feed normality or abnormality detection means 25 and 26, whereby the operations of the liquid forced-feed devices 23 and 24 can be surely detected.</p> |
