<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which satisfies low temperature fixability, anti-hot offsetting property and high temperature preservability and ensures high image quality. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner containing at least a bonding resin and a releasing agent contains a nonlinear polyester resin (A) and a linear polyester resin (B), and the glass transition temperature Tg (A) of the nonlinear polyester resin (A) and the glass transition temperature Tg (B) of the linear polyester resin (B) satisfy the expressions|Tg(A)-Tg(B)|<10( deg.C), 55<=Tg(A)<=70 and 55<=Tg(B)<=70. The toner further contains a zirconium compound obtained from an aromatic oxycarboxylic acid or its salt and a compound containing zirconium or oxy-zirconium and a monoazo complex.</p> |
