<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner for a color image capable of forming an image free from fog, having good reproducibility of fine dots and thin lines and keeping constant color balance even when environmental temperature and humidity vary in image formation and to provide an image forming method using the toner. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic latent image developing toner for forming a color image obtained by combining yellow, magenta and cyan toners with a black toner, each of the color toners is a toner obtained by polymerizing at least a polymerizable monomer in an aqueous medium, the difference in redispersion conductivity between the color toners is 0.8-12μS/cm, the number of colorant particles liberated on the surface of the black toner is <9 per 500 black toner particles and the absorbance of a liquid in which the black toner has been redispersed at 500 nm is <=0.08.</p> |
