PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn the driving pattern of a driver of a vehicle on the basis of the reference time data and to control the vehicle on the basis of the driving pattern. SOLUTION: The reference time data is received by an antenna 10, and decoded by a receiving part 12 to be supplied to an ECU 14. The ECU 14 detects the driving pattern of the driver by a sensor 16 on the basis of the reference time data, and stored in the data base. A control signal corresponding to the driving pattern is outputted on the basis of the reference time data. The inherent clock is corrected during the receiving of the reference time data to fit the time to the time. When the reference time data can not be received, the learning and the control are executed on the basis of the corrected clock. |
