PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-resisting heat exchange element for a high- pressure air conditioner. SOLUTION: The present heat exchanger tube is designed for a heat exchanger inside the high-pressure air conditioner of an automobile, in particular. The tube has a central passage (29) having a closed enclosure wall and a plurality of projections (32) are extended into the central passage (29) from the enclosure wall. The tube has a plurality of outer passages (36) which are disposed concentrically to the central passage (29) and isolated from each other by an intermediate wall (37).
