PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid detection method for a target microorganism in a sample. SOLUTION: This microorganism detection method includes a process of bringing the sample containing the microorganism into contact with a bead and a process of detecting the microorganism bound to the bead by flow cytophotometry.
