PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new magnet clutch surely operated by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The magnet clutch has rotatably borne driving gears 11 and driven gears not shown rotatably borne coarcially with the driving gears 11 mutually independently. 2n (n: a positive integer) permanent magnets 22 and 22 are disposed in a row in the circumferential direction at equal-angle intervals on each of the mutually opposed surfaces of these driving and driven gears and an annular attraction section 23 is formed while the adjacent permanent magnets are formed mutually in different magnetic poles.
