PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a bearing part and a constant velocity universal joint, and to prevent generation of excessive shaft directional component force when transmitting torque to the bearing part from the constant velocity universal joint. SOLUTION: Flat surfaces 91a and 92a orthogonal to the torque transmitting direction are respectively formed in an end part of a outside joint member 72 of the constant velocity universal joint 7 and an end part of an inside member 3 having double-row raceway surfaces 1 and 2 and a wheel installing flange 11a, and both flat surfaces 91a and 92a are engaged in the circumferential direction. The flat surfaces 91a and 92a are formed in a male part 91 arranged on an end surface of the inside member 3, and a female part 92 arranged on an end surface of the outside joint member 72.
