PURPOSE: A burglarproof apparatus for a vehicle is provided to prevent the vehicle from being robbed by moving a lever provided at a brake pedal in a forward and backward and fixing a brake pedal. CONSTITUTION: A burglarproof apparatus for a vehicle comprises a transmitter(10) for sending a lock signal and an unlock signal, a control section(20) for generating a drive signal by the lock/unlock signal received from the transmitter(10), and a driver(30) for fixing a brake pedal(2) by receiving the drive signal from the control section. The driver(30) comprises a case(32) and a drive motor(35). The case(32) is mounted at a rear side of a dash panel(1) having a brake pedal, and a through passage(31) of the case is formed at position positioning on a straight line with a lever(3). The drive motor is composed of a rack gear(33) moving in a front and rear side and a pinion gear(34) fitting to the rack gear. |
