TAPE FEEDER FOR MOUNTER

PURPOSE: A tape feeder for a mounter is provided to simplify the tape feeder by driving a transfer unit and a discharge unit with one driving source. CONSTITUTION: A carrier tape transfer unit(220) is comprised of a sprocket(222) formed on a side of a frame(210) to transfer intermittently a carrier tape, a ratchet(223) formed on a rotational shaft, and a transfer pole(225). A reverse rotation checking unit includes a stopper installed on the frame(210) and the ratchet(223) for preventing a reverse rotation of the sprocket(222). A top cover discharging units(232,233) are provided with a pair of discharging gears installed on the other side of the frame(210) to discharge a top cover gotten off from the carrier tape. A driving unit(240) drives simultaneously the sprocket(222) and at least one of the discharging units(223,233).
