PURPOSE: A jig for inserting a valve guide and a valve seat is provided to carry out the insertion of the valve guide and the valve seat with respect to a cylinder head port by a single step for improving the productivity and the quality by increasing the concentricity of the valve guide and the valve seat. CONSTITUTION: A jig for inserting a valve guide and a valve seat includes a guide element(13) for fixing a valve guide(17) for guiding the insertion of the valve guide, a valve seat insertion part(15) for inserting the valve guide fixed to the guide element and simultaneously fixing a valve seat(19) for guiding the insertion of the valve seat, and coupling elements(21,23) for separatively connecting the guide element and the valve seat insertion part for transmitting the pressure applied to the valve seat insertion part to the valve seat and the valve guide.
