PURPOSE: A structure of a dual folder type cellular phone is provided to easily input characters and display many character message information by composing the first folder and the second folder and separately composing a character button unit and a message display unit. CONSTITUTION: A microphone unit(30) receives a voice signal of a user and supplies the received voice signal of the user to a cellular phone RF(Radio Frequency) unit. A numerical button unit(25) has numerical buttons for dialing a called object and special function buttons. The microphone unit(30) and the numerical button unit(25) are formed by one body in a base(15). A speaker unit is composed in the first folder(70) by one body for outputting a voice transmitted by an object. A small display unit is composed in a front surface of the first folder(70) by one body. A character button unit(75) in which a plurality of character buttons are arranged like a keyboard is formed in a rear surface of the first folder(70). A large display unit(85) is formed in the second folder(80) by one body for displaying a character message.
